If you’re like me and live in the 21st century, chances are you’ve used Apple Pay at least once or twice. It’s a great way to pay for things with your phone when you don’t feel like whipping out your wallet (or purse). I personally use it all the time and love that most places accept it! So naturally, when my husband and I were shopping around for new appliances at Lowes Home Improvement store we were wondering : Does Lowes take Apple Pay? Here’s what we found out:

Lowes is not in the Apple Pay network, for now. Given the recent release of this method of payment, it may be worth checking back periodically to see if they add this option in the future.
A quick search on their website reveals that there is no indication anywhere on their site. It seems reasonable to assume that given the time and money put into developing such a technology, Lowes would want to incorporate such a popular option for consumers but at least currently they do not take apple pay as an available form of payment for purchases in any way.
There are however many other payment methods you can use when making a purchase at Lowes with your phone. Direct carrier billing, their app, ATM cards, store credit or debit cards are all accepted payment forms with purchase confirmation in-person at checkout with a live agent present to complete the transaction on the spot.
In conclusion, if you’re looking to buy something from Lowe’s then unfortunately they do not currently offer Apple Pay as a payment option. However, this doesn’t mean that they won’t in the future so be sure to call ahead of time before going there just incase. But remember- keep an eye on their social media accounts too
